Advice Centre

The Advice Centre

The Advice Centre is an advice, information and representation service provided by the SRC for all Glasgow University students. The Advice Centre offer free and confidential advice on wide range of subjects.

You will find a variety of leaflets and claim forms available in The Advice Centre waiting area.

Where To Find Us

The Advice Centre is located on the ground floor of the John McIntyre Building (next to the University Main Gate), and is staffed by professional and experienced advice workers.

Standard Opening Times:
Monday 10.30am – 4pm
Tuesday to Thursday 10am – 4pm
Friday 10am – 3.30pm

The Advice Centre will be closed on the following dates in order that staff can attend training:

Thursday 21st February – closed until 2 pm
Tuesday 23rd April – closed all day

The Advice Centre will also be closed on Friday 29th March and Monday 1st April for the Easter weekend holiday.

How to Contact Us

You can call in to The Advice Centre any time during opening hours. You don’t have to make an appointment. All discussions with the advice workers are in complete confidence.
