MVA, has been appointed by Falkirk Council to recruit and train a team of Travel Advisors to help deliver the Take the Right Route project. The Local Travel Advisors will offer information and incentives to try and reduce their car use and increase their use of sustainable modes of transport including walking, cycling and public transport.
We are recruiting two packing / delivery staff who will collate, pack up and deliver information to households on foot. They will be based in Stenhousemuir, near the library, and need to have good administrative and organisational skills. Pay is £5.98 an hour (plus £0.72 holiday pay per hour). These positions will not require evening or weekend work.
The contract period is for 12 weeks; starting early May 2010 and includes training (flexible to fit in with exams/study).
