Key Dates
The scheduled dates for the election process in Spring 2018 are as follows:

Drop in information sessions:
1pm on Tuesday 6th February in the Williams Room, McIntyre Building
5pm on Tuesday 13th February in the Gilchrist Seminar Room, Gilchrist Postgraduate Lounge (also open to undergraduates)
- Nominations open: Monday 5th February 2018
- Nominations close: 4pm on Friday 16th February 2018
- Candidates meeting: 1pm on Tuesday the 20th February in the Williams Room, McIntyre Building
- Non Sabb Heckling: 7:30pm on the Monday 26th February 2018 in the Room 201, McIntyre Building
- Sabb Heckling: 6pm Tuesday 27th February 2018 in Room 201, McIntyre Building
- Polling opens: 9am Wednesday 7th March 2018
- Polling closes: 5pm Thursday 8th March 2018
- Election Results – Thursday 8th March 2018, around 6.30pm, Room 201, McIntyre Building
