Class rep training signup open!
If you are a Class rep, we’ve got training for you that will give you the tools to tackle any issues that arise.
Class Reps are essential to both the University and the SRC. They allow students to air their views to the academics that run their department on issues like course content, teaching and resources. They are the first point of contact for students who have a problem, or suggestion, about a class as a whole. If you want to sign up for the class rep training, please visit the Class Rep Training signup on the Student Voice website (login with your GUID account). We have lots of sessions available between the 17th October and the 8th November.
In order for your role as a Class Representative to be recognised on your University transcript, you must attend a training session and have been confirmed by your subject that you’ve attended Staff Student Liaison Committees. However, if you’ve previously attended a training session in the last four years then there is no need for you to be trained again. For more information, have a look at our Class Reps page.
